Golden Brain keeps it to four ingredients. Here's what each really is — in plain English — and why the missing doses matter.
1. Baobab fiber — prebiotic fiber
A soluble fiber from the baobab fruit that feeds beneficial gut bacteria. Genuine digestive benefit; the "brain" connection is gut-brain-axis theory.
2. L-arabinose — plant sugar
A plant sugar mostly researched for blunting the blood-sugar spike from table sugar. Interesting metabolically; little direct cognitive evidence.
3. Spermidine — cellular maintenance
A polyamine tied to autophagy (cellular cleanup) and longevity research. Most human data of the four — but its largest memory trial was null. Studied doses are roughly 0.9–3.3 mg/day; Golden Brain's amount is unknown.
4. Konjac glucomannan — prebiotic fiber
A very soluble fiber from konjac root with real prebiotic effects. Safety note: it swells with water and can be a choking hazard if taken with too little fluid — always take with a full glass of water. See the safety guide.
